职位描述：

OVERVIEW:

Be responsible for the daily reception duties, assist in administrative operations in the areas of stationery purchasing, travel schedule coordination, managing courier services, maintaining vendors and provide secretary support to the office manager and visitors from other offices.

THE ROLE

Provide administrative support to employees and visitors, and support the office manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Receive and transfer incoming phone calls in professional manner

? Greet and guide visitors at reception area

? Be responsible for air and train tickets booking as well as hotel reservation

? Monitor conference room bookings and coordinate meeting room setup

? Assist in general office administrative activities such as stationery purchasing, green plant maintenance and other office commodity order

? Business card and name plate printing and delivery

? Manage in and out courier service

? Coordinate driver schedules

? Coordinate with the cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the office, and help keep office environment in good condition and tidiness

? Prepare office supplier’s monthly payments, such as stationery & commodity, car & driver, cleaner, plant, name card, name plate, courier services, water etc

? Other assigned tasks

? Can-do attitude and strong desire to deliver great service

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

? College education

? Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or administrative role

? Proficiency in written and spoken English

? Professional use of Microsoft Office Software
