职位描述：
Job description and qualification:
1. Handle daily admin affairs such as Booking the water, air ticket, hotel, car rental, purchase office supplies, and etc.
2. Handle daily cashier operation affairs.
3. Handle social insurance and housing fund affairs;
4. Handle trading or non-trading bank payment
5. Handle the export business documents (custom clearance, packing list, proferma invoice, etc);
6. input order and doc info to D-TOP system etc;
5. And other related affairs;

Qualifications
1. Major in International trade or Accounting preferred;
2. 2 years foreign trade accounting/ cashier related experience.
3. Have high sense of responsibility;
4. Good command of both English and Mandarin ability; CET 4 is a plus.
5. Understanding of international trade terms and price, the basic knowledge of international trading document and payment settlement etc.
6. Good at using of Kingdee software.
