职位描述：
Main Tasks:
1. Production planning
Based on Customer service input P/O, will plan the production according to material supply situation and capacity plan from OM-PS
Keep closely communication with SM-CS for forecast collection, safety stock definition, and material ordering status
Drive weekly SOP meeting with coordination with FC, SM-CS, SM, PS
2. Material request planning
Based on annual sales budget and forecast plan, prepare material demand plan and therefore execute purchasing actions.
Work very closely with OM-WK as basic information of material in actual stock. Work with WK as Team one to make sure the supply material in time and overall reduce the level of stock.
3. Purchase material from local and overseas suppliers
Responsible for material ordering, including materials within BoM and materials for production, drive supplier deliver goods on time. Supplier performance data collection and analysis.
4. Import and prepare all document for custom declaration
Work with external forwarder and customs declaration company to make sure the goods will be arrived on time and within the reasonable cost
5. Reporting for purchasing, gap analysis (production output and material supply) and other business reporting requested by superior.
Job qualifications：

- Working level English, both written and verbal good for communication;
- Must have a high degree of integrity, ethics, reliability, motivation, organization, energy and
enthusiasm.
- Strong initiative, communication, organizational and management skills, very much result oriented
- University Engineering or Mechanical background
- Male with age between 35-45
- With manageing middle sized company logistics tasks and proved successfull result
- Must know very well Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, knows excellent in data analysis and presenting skills
- Hands on person, who is willing to work for a small company but with mult-function 举报 分享
