职位描述：
1. In Charge of elevator cable development，Includes Design、new material、process and DOE.
负责电梯电缆开发, 包括设计，新材料、 工艺及实验设计。
2. In charge of RFQs， ensuring all quotations are on time.
负责产品报价，确保所有报价按时完成。
3. Be responsible for technical documents, Raw-material specification, BOM, Process Card, product specification Tools drawing etc.; Ensuring technical documents are correct and updated in time.
负责产品技术文件，原材料采购规范、工艺物料清单、工艺文件、产品规范、模具图纸等,确保技术文件准确和及时更新。
4. Technical support KA to develop new customer and market.
为大客户经理提供技术支持开发新客户及市场。
5. Working with process engineer to solve process issues.
与工艺工程师协同解决工艺过程问题。
6. Working with QA to close complains from customer and quality issues.
   与质量部协同解决客户投诉和质量问题。
7. Working with Sourcing to develop new supplier to save cost，qualification for raw material ，outsourced product.
    与资源团队协同开发新供应商完成成本节约，原材料和外包产品的资质确认。
8. Other temporary works assigned by line manager.
其他临时性工作。
其他：
1. More than or equal to 3 years’ work experience in cable design and production process， elevator cable is prefect.
3年及以上电缆设计及生产工艺经验,电梯电缆经验加分。

2. Experience in 450/750V and below low voltage cable development is necessary.
450/750V及以下电缆开发经验。

3. Know about cable development procedure.
熟悉电缆开发流程。

4. Know about property of PE PVC and LSOH material.
了解聚乙烯 聚氯乙烯和低烟无卤材料的加工性能。

5. Know about Product standards IEC 60227 EN 50214 UL62 GB/T5023 JB/T 8734 etc.
了解产品标准IEC 60227 EN50214 UL 62 GB/T5023 JB/T8734 等。

6. Experiences in Tip and Die Design，be good at CAD-2D&3D.
模具设计经验，熟练使用CAD-2D 和3D 软件。

7. Basic skill of Project management ，PMP Certificated is prefect
