职位描述：
主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
?Responsible for QC team’s routine management work, e.g. shift plan making, monthly QC performance assessment etc. 负责QC团队的日常管理工作，如排班计划制定、月度绩效考核等
?Responsible for arranging routine inspection for QC, including incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection etc., To ensure that all the products are conform to the requirements of customers, food safety quality management system and related statutory and regulatory. 负责安排QC检验员的日常检验工作，包括进料、过程及出货检验等，确保产品符合客户、食品安全质量管理体系及相关法律法规要求
?Responsible for arranging QC for environment, microbiological etc. monitoring in food production area.负责安排QC实施生产区环境、微生物等监控工作
?Responsible for managing and tracing all related inspection data, to ensure the integrality, reliability and accuracy of the whole database.负责管理跟踪所有检测数据，确保测量系统数据库的完整性、可靠性及精确性
?Responsible for AQP inspection during new products or projects development stage.负责新产品、新项目开发阶段AQP检测工作
?Responsible for the management for Lab equipments, documents and Tig system etc.负责实验室设备、文件及Tig系统等的维护管理
?Responsible for trainings for QC team.负责QC团队的培训工作
?Responsible for EHS in the plant.负责工厂内的EHS工作
?Other tasks assigned by leader.上级领导安排的其他相关工作等

资格要求（Qualifications）：
?Bachelor degree or equivalent大学毕业以及同等学历以上
?At least 3 years quality control experience, experience in plastic industry is a plus至少有3年的质量控制经验和注塑行业经验
?Familiar with FMCG industry.熟悉快消品行业

资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
?Proficient computer operation skill熟练的电脑运用技术
?Good professional skill 良好的专业技能
?Strong sense of responsibility较强的责任心
?Independent, and able to make decisions with little supervision 能够独立开展工作，并可以做出相应的决定
