职位描述：
-Reviewing import and export documents in advance and applying relevant CIQ certificate accordingly.
-Arranging international forwarder to pickup goods after getting approval by GM.
-Classifying materials or products based on Tariff Rules.
-Preparing documents for customs clearance and closely communicating with broker to follow the status.
-Arranging to deliver goods from Customs to factory after confirming the time with Warehouse and relevant department.
-Optimizing the Logistics cost for both import and export part constantly.
-Organizing export shipment according to shipping instructions from customer and feedback each status to them.
-Handling domestic delivery per sales department requested.
-Checking the debit note from forwarders and applying the payment from Finance.
-Maintaining orders and making daily report for Finance about order status.
-Recording basic information into company system and internal excel for controlling sale orders.
-Others assigned by GM. 举报 分享
