Job description:
-management of the Logistics Department to the extent from production planning, cooperation, references to our suppliers and input material and finished products stock.
- continuous efforts towards effectiveness improvement of activities conducted by her subordinates and their development
-responsibility for stock quantities and management of the purchased parts stock and its physical and accounting records, of the semi-finished and completed products including cooperation, collaboration with HMA and VVA
- responsibility for smooth and balanced production planning and regular transport of this data into production
- responsibility for continuous supply of material into the production process to the particular assembly lines
- responsibility for procurement of material a cooperation at suppliers in accordance with customers’ requirements for assurance of production processes as defined in contracts and their terms and conditions concluded by SNA
- responsibility for dispatch of finished products to our customers in volumes and deadlines required
- responsibility for planning of transport with respect to supply time and freight cost
- responsibility for sorting out the non-conforming products from our processes to our suppliers and their physical and accounting records
- responsibility for evaluation of key indicators on behalf of Logistics Department, their regular reporting and creation, adoption and efficiency assessment of remedial measures from audits, reporting results and non-standard situations
-responsibility for adherence to principles of occupational health and safety, fire protections and EMS within her own department and compliance with rules determined by standards ISO, ISOTS, VDA
- responsibility for and cooperation on circulation of accounting documents in accordance with internal and statutory requirements
-responsibility for entering and administration of data in the INTRASTAT system for purchasing
- responsibility for economical utilisation of entrusted funds and property - responsibility for setting of the department budget and adherence to it
- notification any extraordinary circumstances to her superior and submission of remedial measures for potential solutions
- available on her cell phone during production to ensure operative solving of technical problems within the assigned section
- responsibility for the assigned section and obligation to respond to any notifications from third parties regarding deficiencies and problems incurred by her managed section and to solve these upon

The Company

Established as FAB in 1911, the company started with an initial manufacturing program covering door locks for the building industry, including mortise and furniture locks and associate fittings.

In 1958 the product portfolio was expanded to locks and keys for the automotive industry. Since then the company has gradually become an exclusive supplier of cylinder locks to vehicle manufacturers in former Czechoslovakia, as well as supplying components to OEMs in many other countries.

In 1996 the company joined the Swedish-Finnish ASSA ABLOY Group, allowing it to be member of an established group of companies which specialized in the field of high security door opening solutions. The company’s extensive experience in the development and production of vehicle access components and systems was further enhanced in 2007 by the acquisition of CE Marshall Ltd., the leading U.K. supplier of lock systems for cars and light commercial vehicles.

Following the path of globalization of its customers, the company expanded its global footprint by establishing new plants and local customer support teams in China and Mexico. Growing demand on solutions that provided further improved security and more comfort triggered the company to move on to more sophisticated electronic vehicle access & control solutions, such as remote keyless entry and passive entry/go systems, and respective components.

From Oct. 1st 2016 the company has been under the ownership of the Japanese ALPHA Corporation, one of the leading global automotive industry suppliers in vehicle access and control.
