设计开发经理
Design and Industrialization manager

一、基本职责：
Job Responsibility:
1. 领导、指导和管理设计部，包括产品设计和模具设计、工业化、工程和特殊机器（热封机）；
Lead, mentor and manage the technical department, including design of products and molds, industrialization, engineering and special equipment activity.
2. 为商务部团队提供成本核算和协调产品的开发。
To prepare the costing for the commercial team and coordinate the product developments.
3. 负责项目的总体规划，并成功执行项目。。
Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of projects


二、工作任务：
Job Description:
1. 在总部的支持下与商务部团队合作，根据客户的需求设计新产品和提供解决方案；
In cooperation with the Commercial team and with the support of the Group, design new products based on customers’ requirements and company solutions.
2. 为商务部团队报价提供新产品的成本；
Prepare the costing of new products for the commercial team to make commercial offer
3. 支持新产品/机器/服务解决方案的实施；
Support implementation of new products/equipment/services solutions
4. 与客户的技术沟通，以确定客户的需求，推进解决方案
Participate in technical discussion with customer to define customer needs and promote solutions
5. 参加管理层和技术部的每周例会。
Participate in weekly meetings with general management and with technical department
6. 参加展会和其它商务活动。
Attend exhibitions and other business events.


三、任职条件：
Knowledge, Experience:
1. 从事类似岗位4年以上；
More than 4 years relevant experience in a similar position
2. 熟练使用设计软件；
Knowledge of design software.
3. 具有较强的热成型工艺知识，懂密封工艺优先；
Strong knowledge of thermoforming. Sealing processes is a plus.
4. 了解市场行情优先（医疗、医药、化妆品）；
Knowledge of one of our key markets (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics) is a plus
5. 活动能力强、具有较好的口头表达能力、有亲和力及谈判能力，能在短期内建立并维护客户关系；
Strong activity, good verbal skills, affinity and bargaining skills, establish and maintain relationships with customer in the short term
6. 中英文沟通熟练，会法语优先。
Good communication in both Chinese and English. French is a plus


该职位直接向法国籍总经理汇报工作。
The position reports directly to the French General Manager based in Suzhou.
