职位描述：
中国东、西、南、北、中区各招销售经理一名。
1. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Establish, together with the Channel Sale director based in China, the sales strategy and sales objectives, identify customers and key market segments to penetrate, create business and strategic sales plans;
？ Responsible for delivering and exceeding sales targets in Eastern China/Central of China/Northern China/Southern China/Western China;
？ Responsible & support for the KA channel sales strategy & targets in Eastern China/Central of China/Northern China/Southern China/Western China;
？ Develop national agreements with key customers as well as alliances with partner brands from the beverage industry.
？ Develop a strong distribution network across Eastern China/Central of China/Northern China /Southern China/Western China in order to cover the whole territory
？ Work towards building the overall strength and performance of the company as a whole, and of the MONIN brand in particular
？ Maintain and constantly improve the business competitive edge
？ Candidates who possess some experiences in marketing, administration & logistic skills

2. EDUCATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Good disposition & sales skills
- At least 5 years working experience for manage KA or distributor
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any related field.
- Flexible in working hours and ability to travel outstation
- Experienced in F&B related businesses
