Job Responsibility
1) Develop different recruitment channel, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on HC needs;
2) Organize the post, update vacancies between internal and external, make sure all recruitment channel smoothly and efficient;
3) Organize the recruitment process and conduct the interviews, prepare the offer letter and contract for successful candidate, Perform new staff’s reference check;
4) Follow up the new comers’ progress during their probation period in order to facilitate their integration in the company;
5) Delivery and Maintain accurate Monthly Report, Headcount and FC, Report regular HR data analyses;
6) Follow corporate communication strategy, close relation/cooperation with corporate communication;
7) Assist line manager on building a good employee relationship;
8) Organize employees' activities to improve employee satisfaction and penetrate company's culture;
9) Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee handbook regulations and all other policies;
10) Participate in big events organization with Events Coordinator to promote company branding;
11) HR related project support, other tasks assigned by Mgr.
Job Recruitment:
1) More than 3 years of working experiences in HR related function;
2) College degree or above, Human resource management major is a plus;
3) Experience in electronic multinational company preferred;
4) Familiar with PRC and Local Labor Policy/Regulations;
5) Good English and communication skills.
