Job Responsibility:
1) Work out annual labor cost budget and cost evolution analysis;
2) Participate in relevant compensation and benefits surveys, responsible for salary structure; job analysis and job evaluation, data submission and analysis;
3) Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing market price to develop competitive compensation plan in line with Company business strategy;
4) Support line manager for performance management;
5) Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies;
6) Deal with local governmental authorities and maintain good relationship;
7) Responsible for ER issue;
8) Produces monthly regular and ad-hoc reports
9) Other projects/tasks assigned by line manager.
Job requirement:
1) Bachelor degree with more than 5 years related working experience or above;
2) Familiar with HR jobs, expert on one or two modules(Staffing, C&B, Employee caring, etc);
3) Knowledge of laws, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules;
4) Good at office skill & statistics(word, excel, PPT);
5) Familiar with SAP HR module;
6) Good at English.
