Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing & sourcing
？ Experience in a multi-national, multi-cultural educational environment is preferred
？ Proficient in oral and writing English Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
？ Good IT skills, familiar with MS Office
？ Open-minded, teamwork-oriented, and service-oriented
？ Ability to interact in a cross-functional-and-cultural environment

Responsibilities:
？ Collect orders and requirements from schools and projects in China
？ Research, develop and procure purchasing goods and service
？ Prepare inquiries, analyze quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and determine supply sources
？ Negotiate price-quality breakdowns with vendors, ensuring highest quality goods and services at lowest possible cost
？ Prepare and place purchasing requirement and orders/ contracts
？ All purchased products or services are delivered as required timely
？ Maintain accuracy of paperwork for vendors, receiving, and accounting
？ Conduct activities in supplier searching, evaluation, qualification, and improvement
？ Manage sample order process and coordinate through order preparation to sample verification
？ Help to purchase goods for Singapore HQ in China and arrange the oversea delivery
？ Coordinate with sub schools and suppliers on topics in relation to technology, quality, delivery, etc

The EtonHouse International Education Group was founded in 1995 in Singapore. In 18 years, EtonHouse has expanded to 70 international schools and pre-schools across Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Malaysia，etc. Together, these schools provide quality international education to over 6000 children from 61 nationalities.
