Building Services Management
? Ensure the smooth operation for all south region offices, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing.
? Execute and implement facility management policies/processes to ensure 100% compliance with Corporate Standards.
? Ensures appropriate follow up is done with mgmt. and employees on projects and unique situations.
? Interface with customers on issues and solve problems using professionalism and quality
? Guide and supervise out-sourced contractor performance and deliver quality service to customers.
? Lead regional vender bidding process, as janitorial, shuttle bus, office lease negotiation. Cooperation with landlord on building services.
? Maintain and update all admin & support related documents and records.
? Organize or coordinate Admin related activities, meetings and trainings.
? Other tasks assigned by leader.
Project Management
? Lead TEOA implementation for south region offices, including but not limited to 5S+1 activity, visual management program, voice of customer program, standard work program and etc.
? Lead office lease renew, refit, facility improvement and relocation project, ensure the budget, delivery quality and timeline.
EHS & Security Implementation
? Execute and implement EHS and security policies/processes to ensure 100% compliance with EHS and security requirements.
? Conduct office self audit per checklist, record the finding and tracking for closure
? Update Emergency Response Plan quarterly
? Conduct evacuation drill yearly.
? Work with Landlord to verify the fire system maintained and check regularly
? Record and report the incident of employee injury
? Chemical management and control
? Waste management ( Electrical waste management)
? Manage first aid kit
? Internal & External visitors management
? Badge/Access card /key management and access control system management
? Suspicious mail managementSpacing Planning
?
? Office lease renew communication with BU, Real Estate Dept. and local landlord.
? Alignment with local BU on space assignment and forecast.
? Seating data maintenance and analysis.
? Physical moving.Finance Support
? Well control south region offices budget and CER compliance.
? BU cost confirmation and allocation.
? Support finance team on bank and tax related issues.
People Management and development
? Guide subordinates to solve issues with professionalism and service orientation. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction performance. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
? Review team R&R and complete succession planning.
Qualifications/Requirements
? College degree or above
? Above 5 years’ experience in Admin & Support function
? Experience of facility management.
? Experience in vender management.
? Knowledge with EHS/SCM basic requirements.
? Workable in English speaking, reading and writing
? Good communication skills and self-disciplined.
? A quick learner and willing to learn
