职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the guidance of TL, accurately grasp customer needs, find the right candidates through professional tools and network channels.
2. Filter and Cold Call / E-mail suitable candidates, introduce jobs’ and clients’ information, and try to know a bit of the candidates’ background.
3. Complete the collection of data related to the candidate, classification, sorting, and made into a long list.
4. Under the leadership of TL, assist in filtering and evaluating resumes.
5. Organize interviews with clients and follow up the interview to get a feedback.
6. Maintain good relationships with candidates, try to get an good understanding of market dynamics.
7. Summary and classify candidates’ information, establish professional talent databases.
8. Complete tasks timely.

Job requirements:
1.1-3 years’ working experience, no industry limited, experienced priority.
2. Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, focus on details.
3. Good English-communication ability.
4. Good at learning, results-oriented, responsible, enthusiastic, self-critical, positive.
5. Accept occasional work at night because of the time difference.
