KEY OUTPUTS:
-Manage existing accounts and build strong local relationships.
-Focus on closing current design wins and grow new accounts to a business level of $lM+ in 2017
-Support and drive distribution/reps in China.
-Feedback and close relationship with the factory.
QUALIFICATION:
-Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise
-Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
-Uses company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
-Written and Verbal communication skills in English
-BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
-Excellent communication skills with customers and US factory employees
-Previous motion control product knowledge
-Located in Chengdu
EXPERIENCE:
-5~7 years sales experience
-Previous motion control product sales required.
-Familiar with Metrology, Semiconductor or Robotics market
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
-Must be self motivated and have excellent presentation skills
-Well organized
-Team oriented
-Proactive and responsive interpersonal skills and demonstrated performance in dealing with internal and external customers
