职位描述：
Main job assignment/主要工作任务(In order of importance, indicate the essential functions of the position)
1．responsible for the repair of reciprocating machine coating equipment and GRACO&KRENLIN 2K paint supply system repair and maintenance.
负责修理往复机涂装设备及GRACO&KRENLIN 2K供漆系统的维修与保养。
2．responsible for the repair and maintenance of spray pump, body painting line and auxiliary equipment, including Feng Shui balance, oven etc;
负责修理和维护喷涂泵浦，涂装线体及辅助设备，包括风水平衡，烘烤炉等；
3．the equipment items, prepare monthly registration, record, listing,
每月各项设备物品的建账、登记、造册、挂牌工作.
4．equipment maintenance and maintenance operation, data statistics.
设备的日常维修保养，整理运行、维修数据的统计.
5．The equipment of the normal and safe use of the bears the responsibility of supervision, Qin Chaqin see field equipment, equipment team of field work of inspection and guidance,
对设备的正常、安全使用负有督导责任，勤查勤看设备现场，对设备班组的现场工作进行检查和指导，
6．responsible for the preventive maintenance plan and equipment maintenance plan, spare parts plan, annual maintenance plan etc.
负责编制设备预防性维护计划、设备检修计划、备品备件计划，设备年度保养计划等；
7．responsible for equipment safety operation procedures, regularly use the equipment correctly publicity and training for operators.
负责编制设备安全操作规程，定期对操作工进行正确使用设备的宣传和培训.
8．improve the utilization rate of equipment, reduce the energy consumption of the equipment, monitoring and improvement program.
提高设备利用率、降低设备能耗、监控和提出改进方案.
9．other tasks assigned by leader.
完成领导交办的其他任务.

Main Authority/主要权限：
Qualifications/任职条件(List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)
1．College degree or above, mechanical or electrical engineering related.
中专以上学历，机械类或电力相关专业.
2．more than three years experience in equipment maintenance spraying X Y reciprocating machine;
三年以上喷涂往复机设备维护经验.
3．Familiar with GRACO&KRENLIN 2K paint supply system.
熟悉GRACO&KRENLIN 2K供漆系统.
4．Familiar with SIEMENS PLC program maintenance,
熟悉西门子PLC程序维护.
5．According to the maintenance plan and maintenance, timely and effective solution and prevent equipment failure.
根据设备维护计划保养，及时有效的解决和防设备故障.
6．With English preferred;
