职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. As Contact point at ZJG plant to daily provide professional IT service and support to all end users
2. PC Hardware and Software set up and troubleshooting
3. At First Level for IT room check and administration, Supervise the hardware mainly related to Dell and Simplivity Server, Cisco router and switch product , APC ups , AC and Wireless controller ,Supervise the system mainly related to VMware server ,Windows AD/DNS/DHCP/File/Printer server , Database Sql Server, Lotus domino server , ERP Navision server
4. In charge of maintenance for cctv and access door control system to guarantee those system running well to support company IP protection requirements
5. Monitor network environment including Lan and Wan with related to VPN connection between group companies and DPS system connection , To be ensured business continuity
6. In charge of Navision ERP and Ecom system troubleshooting and escalate the issue to Senior IT engineer and consultant for resolving if necessary
7. IT request and business requirements collection from end users to be consolidated and report to IT manager , Carry it forward if it is made with priority after approval by management
8. Comply with Group and China IT Policy and procedure with related to IT security and Computer operation as well as IT asset manangement governance, Be familiar with the standard and is guided in daily work

Education and experience
1. College/University degree major in computer science or related subjects;
2. At least 2+ years working experiences on IT field
3. Worked in MFG multinational company will be plus

Required knowledge, skills and abilities
1. Hands on experience on Pc troubleshooting and system administrator
2. Solid knowledge and experience of Dell laptop , MS office , Windows Operation System and Windows server
3. Basic knowledge with VMware server, SQL server , Lotus Domino and Cisco command , Know about Simplivity server
4. Experience on Microsoft Navision ERP system and general business process in manufacturing company
5. To be able to work independently under the pressure, have a strong approach on IT problem solving;
7. Willingness to improve continuously, teamwork, good co-operation and communication skills;
