Key job accountabilities

Lead packaging development from finalized conception design to finished goods by cooperating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Packaging Conception Development, TPM (Third Part Manufactory) , Purchasing, QA, NPD, etc)

? Support Packaging Conception Development team evaluate the new conception design
? Collaborate with PCD and / or suppliers to determine feasibility of new packaging related to functionality, aesthetics, compatibility and quality
? Define the Components and Finish Goods specifications according Packaging Elements Definition from PCD team, ensure the products following Group’s quality standard
? Ensure the packaging material selection and qualification can meet Group’s compatibility procedure requirement
? Approve samples from pilot and production mold about technical items of new design according test plan
? Manage / coordinate industrial Line trial tests in collaboration with Quality and manufacturing departments representatives
? Approve Finished Goods function test according Group’s quality standard
? Support the defect panoply and range board approval process
? Ensure launch quality and design integrity, on time, and within agreed upon cost objectives
? Identify launch issues and create visibility so that timely decisions are made
? Generate and Support packaging S&S opportunities and line efficiency optimization projects

Must Haves
? 3 year minimum experience working in packaging development of cosmetic industry, color cosmetic is preferred
? Bachelor degree related major in University
? Packaging & Project development Practices (plastic, cardboard, printing…)
? Plastic Molding technology (Injection, IBM, EBM…)
? Team work

Technical & Professional competencies required
? Mastery of materials and transforming materials techniques
? Analysis and synthesis skills
? Communication and negotiation skills
