BASIC FUNCTION: The Supplier Quality Analyst is responsible for the overall quality of supplier-provided components, raw material, and sub-assemblies for assigned regional suppliers / commodities. In addition the Supplier Quality Analyst assists Commodity Managers during the sourcing process and lead the supplier and part qualification processes as required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leads supplier assessments and part qualification/approval processes.
2. Drives supplier quality development initiatives (e.g. supplier site process improvement projects)
3. Identifies and analyzes high exposure and/or highly complex supplier quality issues internally and at suppliers’ sites.
4. Drives root cause analysis and corrective actions within supply base.
5. Liaises with Commodity Manager and Director, Supply Chain to develop quality improvement strategies.
6. Participates in development of quality plans, prior to production, for externally supplied parts.
7. Liaises with Quality and Engineering to improve product design to increase quality and reduce cost.
8. Supports / performs process capability for Critical to Quality (CTQ) features.
机械设计专业，本科学历。
挤出行业SQE或ENGINEERING工作经验。
负责ROLL（辊子）, BARREL（机筒）, AIR SHAFT（气胀轴）供应商的管理。
