Summary：

Assist Recruiting Manager with the recruitment, selection, and hiring of new hires, in an effort to meet recruiting and organizational goals. Candidate should be accustomed to working with a high volume of candidate information in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
? Interview arrangement and coordination;
? Post job openings on recruitment websites, social media and company website;
? Assist recruiting manager to source,select and hire in Suzhou and Shenzhen;
? Work closely with US counter partner on Kanexa system update and maintenance;
? Use and manage PI system and reports;
? Assist the vendor to collect and record relevant pre-employment documents and oversee the completion of onboarding documentation
? Addressing candidate/employee inquiries regarding status
? Collect application and hiring data to generate analysis reports
? Issue PO and new hire notifications to related parties
? Create and maintain candidate and employee files
? Act as a comprehensive support function to the HR Department for ad-hoc tasks and future organizational projects.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Experience: List years and type of experience required.
? Minimum 3 year experience in Human Resources/recruiter role
? Adapt at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a deadline-oriented environment with high volume of tasks and requests
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English
? Ability to excel in fast-paced client-focused environment
? Good MS office skills
? Flexible and adaptable to frequent change

Education/Certifications/Affiliations
? Bachelor’s degree in HRM/English
