PRIMARY FUNCTION首要职责:
1. Responsible for customer audit 负责客户审核
2. Responsible for third-party audit 负责第三方机构的审核
3 Responsible for internal audit & QMS management ; Review 、maintain and implement quality system
负责内部审核与QMS管理;审查、维护和实施质量体系
4 Responsible for supplier management 负责供应商管理


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 基本职责
A. Responsible for overall company internal quality management system, from maintenance and continuous improvements to guarantee management system effectiveness负责整个公司内部质量管理体系,从维护和持续改进,保证管理体系有效性

？ Internal process audit 内部过程审核
？ Responsible for lever one and two documental make 负责一.二级文件的制作
？ Responsible for disposing the non-conforming finding 负责审核时发现的不符合项处理.
？ Internal system training and system document modifications内部体系的培训与修改
B. Customer audit客户审核
？ confirmation of customer audit survey form客户审查表内容的提前确认
？ tracking and dealing with non-conformities of customer audit.客户审核发现不符合项的追踪及处理
？ filling out of the customer survey form客户调查表的填写
C. Third-party audit第三方审核
？ Monitor of the system certificate valid date体系证书有效期的监控
？ tracking and dealing with non-conformities of third-party audit.第三方审核发现不符合项的追踪及处理

供应商管理Supplier management
？ New Suppliers audit新供应商审核
？ Suppliers performance monitoring (Lot acceptance rate,DPPM etc.)供应商绩效监控（批次合格率，DPPM等）
？ non-conformities processing and 8D report confirmation供应商不良品的处理及8D确认
？ tracking of new project and PPAP approval供应商新项目追踪及PPAP批准
？ Suppliers year audit年度供应商审核
？ guide supplier to take corrective actions and improvement辅导供应商做改善与提升

Participate in the new projects, to finish related documentations.
参与新项目，完成相关的文件

F. Others assignments to support operation

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE专业知识:
Specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) this position requires.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES 职位要求
? College degree or above; 大专或以上文凭；
? 5 years above DCC and system management experience in automotive industries 汽车行业5年以上的文控管理和质量体系管理工作经验；
? Familiar with moulding process and has the drawing read capability.熟悉注塑产品和注塑加工流程，能看懂2D/3D图；
? Have internal auditor certification for TS16949& ISO14001.具有TS16949，ISO14001内审员证书。

? Strong ability of statistics and analysis较强的数据统计和分析能力；
? Familiar with quality tools, such as five tools. 熟悉质量工具。
? Good English reading and writing.良好的英语读写能力。
? Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). 良好的电脑技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project）。
