职位描述：
1. 参与需求分析、架构设计、技术决策以及详细设计；
2. 实现核心框架及功能的开发；
3. 指导开发人员完成开发；
4. 解决系统中的关键问题和技术难题；
5. 培训新员工；

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2. 5 年以上 java 研发经验，优秀的分析、架构设计和文档编写能力；
3. 具有分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统经验；
4. 对分布式数据库、面向服务架构、页面静态化技术、分布式文件系统、分布式缓存等技术有架构设计能力；
5. 精通 java、精通javascript、js、html5等技术；精通多线程、并发以及网络通信；
6. 精通web service, struts, spring, ext js等主流框架；
7. 精通设计模式、 ooa/ood ；
8. 熟悉 window 操作系统、大型数据库，精通sql server、oracle、mysql关系型数据库 ；
9. 专注于技术、对业界的发展动态有比较密切的关注，同时对电子商务有较深刻的理解，和敏感的触觉，能前瞻性提出行业解决方案。 举报 分享
