职位描述：
主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
Operation Management
运营管理
Development of operating plans and activities to meet the quality and financial targets established for cost reduction, yield improvement and efficiency gains
制定运营计划和行动，从而满足建立成本降低，收益效率提高的质量及财务目标。
Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies within the function as well as logistics and production planning that will result in high performance.
以高绩效为最终结果，全面负责规划和贯彻实施公司在物流及生产计划方面的战略目标。
Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, material flow and quality aspects.
通过设计规划，改进新的流程和方法，从而达到提高业务营运，原材料周转及质量方面的管理。
Responsible for delivering plant KPI’S through management and full implementation of continuous improvement
负责管理工厂的KPI实施及达标，全面实施持续改进项目。
Work together with all departments to find solutions to achieve the plant production attainment, cost and quality of the products
与各部门通力协作，从而找到产品在产量，成本及质量方面存在问题的解决方案。

Costs & Budgeting
成本和预算
Budgeting total costs and key figures planning as well as planning of capacities and manpower
全面成本预算，以及关键指标包括人力成本及产量预算管理，
Minimize operating costs
最大限度的降低运营成本
Prepare analysis and calculations of investment decisions
投资决策分析及预测

Training
培训
Directs training and induction of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures
指导员工培训，提高员工的工作绩效，使员工更好的了解公司的政策和流程规定。
Identify training needs for the department and ensures all staff are fully trained to meet business objectives.
确定部门的培训需求，确保所有员工都得到充分的培训，以满足业务目标。
Provides coaching to middle management level and improve personal performance development.
为中层管理人员提供教练式培训以及提高人员绩效管理。

Organization
组织架构
Prepare a clear organizational chart of departments and precise assignment of responsibilities
为部门搭建一个明确的组织架构体系，并确定岗位职责分配。
Secure continuous and optimized development of the organization
确保组织架构的持续优化发展。

Quality Management
质量管理
Leads quality assurance efforts for the business through established and on-going quality programs and insures compliance with quality system requirement.
领导质量管理工作，通过建立及持续改进质量管理项目，来确保与质量体系要求保持一致。
Professional complaint management and coordination with customers
客户投诉管理及客户关系协调。

资格要求（Qualifications）：
Experience/Education:
经验/教育背景
Experience in plastic injection and blow molding.
有注塑或者吹塑相关经验。
Bachelor Degree or above, Major in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
本科以上学历，机械工程或相关专业
Minimum 10 years of work experience in leading functions in the manufacturing industry of FMCG, 3 years Operation Manager
至少10以上快速消费品制造行业管理工作经验，三年以上的运营管理经验
Experience in implementing lean manufacturing initiatives
实施精益生产的管理经验。
Experience in performance management and KPIs
KPI及绩效管理经验。

资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
Good interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a proactive management style and the ability to motivate individuals and teams

Superb leadership and organizational skills
