Main job activity description:

----Take full responsibility for the Company Accounting, Financial, and Sales Cost Calculation tasks.
---- Execute the monthly accounting closing process, ensuring the correct booking of all economics transactions; prepare the financial statements (P&L and BS, and other relevant repots) accurately and on time;
---- Keep himself/herself concerned and well updated on the tax policy, execute tax declaration process regularly, ensure the tax payables are correct, and that tax refunds are received on time;
---- Assure reliable reconciliation with customers and suppliers, make AP payment plan and AR collection plan regularly, ensure the healthy cash flow for the successful operations;

---- Make efforts on the company budget and profit goal achievement, monitor the cost & expenses, optimize the operation cost;
---- Execute proper management and accounting on inventory and FA;
---- Work closely with the finance & quality team of Headquarters and provide support properly on relevant quality claims;
---- Keep good business relations with local and foreign Banks and other financial institutions, as required to assure smooth cash management;
---- Assist CPA in annual auditing and complete the various fiscal reports required by governments within the fixed time;

--致力于公司预算及利润目标的实现，监控成本费用，优化运营成本；
--资产及存货的现场管理，正确账务处理，组织定期盘点；
--与总部的财政团队密切合作，提供有力支持；
--与当地及国外的银行及金融机构保持良好的关系，确保流畅的现金流管理
--协助CPA完成年度审计及所得税汇算清缴，按时提交政府部门要求的其他财政年报；

Skills and Abilities required
----Finance/Accounting/Economics related background is necessary, with possession of Accounting Certificate;
----8~12 years+ finance working experience with fully-comprehensive finance/accounting knowledge, manufacturing cost accounting and management experience will be preferred;
----Good understanding of GAAP and local tax policy, strong ability of processing tax issues flexibly, yet legally. Export tax refund experience will be plus;
----Good planning and execution capabilities with strong sense of responsibility;
----Good understanding/sense of costs, for production processing and material purchasing;
----Open mind and proactive attitude, with strong cross-departmental communication and organizing skills;
----Very high motivation, determination, and passion for work;
----Ability of team working and quick learning in clever way;
----Effectively multi-task, even if under strong pressure;
----Good English speaking/writing

---- 财务/会计/经济类相关专业背景，拥有会计上岗证；
---- 5-10年财务工作经验，具备全面综合的财务管理/会计知识，有制造业工作经验及管理经验的优先；
---- 清楚会计准则要求及本地税务政策，很强的责任感，能灵活且合法地处理涉税事务，有出口退税经验尤佳；
---- 开放且前瞻的思想态度，具备很强的跨部门沟通和组织的能力；
--- 工作热情、积极主动；
---- 具备团队合作精神，善于快速有效学习；
---- 能够在压力下有效执行多个任务；
---- 此岗位与外籍经理一起工作，英语作为工作和日常交流语言；
