Antunes is a premier supplier and leading manufacturer of foodservice equipment, controls, and water treatment technologies in the foodservice industry. The Director of Sales - Asia is responsible for directing the sales and marketing activity for the Asia market. Responsible for establishing a strong partnership and collaborative relationship with the Plant Manager at the Suzhou facility. In addition, it oversees and provides guidance to the Customer Support Service department in Suzhou.

 Candidate Profile:

? An experienced Sales Director professional.
? Has ability to develop strong business relationships with internal staff and outside dealers and distributors.
? Enjoys managing all sales activities for region and also distribution networks
? Develops and implements business plans for proposed new products
? Acts as a liaison to plant on sales support needs

Requirements:

1. Leadership – Builds the confidence of others and demonstrates a positive and energizing style
2. Goals and Results Oriented – Demonstrates a persistent bias for action without confusing efforts with results.
3. Business Acumen – Understands how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
4. Team Player – Takes collaborative approach by openly discussing issues in a way that brings out the best thinking, attitude, and performance in others

Other considerations:

? B.S. Business or Marketing or related field
? 7-10 years on sales and marketing experience
? Sales management experience required
? Minimum three (3) years of experience on related field
? Available for frequent travel: Travel requirements are 50%-60%.
? Knowledge of the foodservice equipment industry and competitors (preferred)
