工作 职责 :
To formulate and optimize Planning, Logistic, Purchasing & Warehouse management policy. In charge of full supply chain function, include forecasting, planning, purchasing, inventory control, logistic and customs. Continue improve on time delivery and inventory turn by data analysis.
制定和优化计划、物流、采购和仓库管理政策。负责整个供应链,包括预测、计划、采购、库存控制、物流和关务。通过数据分析,持续改进按时交货和库存周转。
1. Understand customers’ needs, service those needs, maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer’s key personnel involved in or directly relevant to supply chain activities
了解客户的需求,维护发展与客户及直接与供应链相关的业务关系。
2. Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports. To ensure materials are available and kept at a reasonable level, responsible for regulating correct stock policy to minimize stock obsolescence and aging.
建立系统分析和数据管理能力,包括量化和报告。确保材料保持在合理水平,负责调节正常的库存政策来减少呆滞库存。
3. Implement and adhere to transaction management best practices; Establish vendor development program to upgrade the quality and lead time improvement. Make ensure order intakes from customers being processed properly by subordinate. To supervise of purchasing activities on routine work, follow company cost down plan strictly.
贯彻和坚持交易管理的***实践,建立供应商开发计划,以提高质量和交货准时率。确保客户订单的正确处理。对日常工作中的采购活动进行监督,严格执行公司成本计划。
4. Lead monthly physical counting process together with production and finance team and analysis the deviation to improve the inventory accurate.
领导定期的盘点流程,并与生产和财务团队一起分析偏差,以提高库存准确。
5. Identify and manage risk within the supply chain; Stay informed of advances in supply chain technology and approaches, and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes Manage suppliers on-time delivery and delivery performance;
识别和管理供应链中的风险,了解供应链新技术和方法的进展,并在组织内应用,以改进供应链流程管理供应商按时交货和交货绩效;
6. Monitor master production plan and track production plan completion; Ensure production linearity and order fulfillment
监控主生产计划并跟踪生产计划的完成,确保生产线的线性和订单的完成。
7. Optimize the transportation cost and control the logistic expenses.
优化运输成本,控制物流费用。
8. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals
建立关键绩效指标,监控持续绩效,提高绩效目标。
9. Implement and follow the customs clearance process.
执行和跟踪海关通关流程。
10. Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives
与员工、其他部门、高级管理人员和决策者合作,共享信息,解决问题,明确管理目标
11. Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff
供应链相关人员的招聘、培训、监督、指导和绩效评估
12. Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related duties
直接、协调、分配、监督和审查从事供应链相关职责的个人的工作。
13. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATION
岗位要求:
? Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Int’l trading, logistics or equivalent;
学士或以上学位,国际贸易、物流或相关专业
? 10+ years supply Chain management experience, considerably matured professional skill required;
10年以上供应链管理经验,熟练的专业技能
? 5+ year’s working experience as a manager or team leader in a foreign company;
5年以上外资企业经理或团队领导者工作经验
? Strong quantitative and analytical skills and coordination capability as well as problem resolution skills; Excellent computer skills with competence in Word, Power Point and Excel software, etc. Strong background in ERP utilization.
