职位描述：
工作地点为昆山玉杨路平谦现代工业园，请不能接受者勿投。

岗位职责
1. 参与产线设备的安装、更新、调试和导入；
2. 负责生产过程中的问题分析及解决；
3. 为满足设备正常运行时间、首次合格率，优化制造工艺；
4. 负责制造过程的持续改进，降低成本；
5. 编制及完善工艺文件，如Flow chat, PFMEA, WI等；
6. 培训操作员，编制作业指导书；
7. 上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求
1. 本科以上学历，机电、自动化专业等相关专业；
2. 熟悉自动化机械装配线的工艺和设备；
3. 熟悉PLC，能使用AutoCAD及其他机械绘图软件；
4. 两年以上汽车行业工作经验；
5. 团队合作精神和沟通协调能力强，有创新力，工作积极主动、有责任心；
6. 可阅读英文技术文件和图纸，能进行口语交流。 举报 分享

In its Pumps and Engine Components business segment, the SHW Group develops and produces pumps for passenger vehicles and Truck & Off-Highway applications (trucks, agricultural and construction vehicles, stationary engines and wind power stations) and engines components.
