职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. IQC routine management including abnormal issue check,manpower and measurement instrument etc.
2. Suppliers Quality Issue Solving and Performance Improvement, Ensure Meet Quality Performance Objective
3. Conduct Supplier Quality System Audit and Qualification, perform supplier site audits when quality problem occures.
4. Push and Support Supplier on Continue Improvement , confirm the related reports
5. Work with suppliers from PPAP to production support.
6. ROHS management
7. Knowledge and experience on measuring tools: XRF, x-ray, Metallographic inspection etc.
8. Supplier management skills and basic knowledge is necessary
Requirements :
1.BS Degree in electrial or Other Related Engineering Background
2.Be Familiar with Quality Management Knowledge as ISO9001, TS16949 etc.
3.Familiar with PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA knowledge
4. Knowledge of Substrate process is preferred
5. At least 3 years SQE Experience
6.Formal problem-solving abilities (8D, 5W) and follow up
7.Good Communication and Team Work Player, Work Independently
8.Fluent in Spoken & written English is Preferred
9.Be Good at Minitab/JMP, Microsoft Power Point etc Software Skill. 举报 分享
