Position/Job Title: IT Intern
Reporting to: IT Manager
Working time: Sep to Jan, min 3 days per week

Duties: Provide various support in the IT department
Skills:
1) University student with major of English or computer science or information technology is preferable.
2) Good at Microsoft office (Excel, VBA knowledge preferred)
3) Knowledge and experience on Window 7,10 OS
4) Have a good understanding of AV and mobile device support
5) Good to have knowledge in AD and smart hands and feet support.
6) Good to have –knowledge and experience of supporting Mac devices and tablets

Responsibilities:
1) Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
2) Manage IMAC and desk site support services.
3) Analyze and sign Service Desk calls and tickets
4) Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

SIP Dulwich College United School, also known as Dulwich International High School Suzhou (DHSZ) is a selective, English-medium, co-educational four-year high school. Our students are highly motivated and learning focused which makes it a delight to teach them. The majority of our current 550 students are PRC nationals who will pursue their university studies at excellent universities and colleges outside China. To this end, our students opt out of the Chinese education system at the end of junior middle school to follow a curriculum leading to IGCSEs and A Levels.
We are one of a family of schools owned and operated by Dulwich College International (DCI), based in Shanghai. DCI was founded in 2003, with full approval and authority from Dulwich College London and currently owns seven schools in China, Seoul and Singapore. Being part of a group of schools offers our employees and students many opportunities for connections and development outside the school as well.
We are an expanding school, currently in our fifth year of operation. We opened in September 2012 in temporary premises within the beautiful grounds of the prestigious Suzhou High School, in the heart of the old town of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province. In August 2015, we moved to our new purpose-built campus which is located in the developing SIP district of Suzhou, right next door to Dulwich’s other school in Suzhou, DCSZ, which is a 3- 18 international school, offering IGCSE and the IB diploma.
In line with the Dulwich College educational philosophy, we offer a holistic approach to the education of our high performing students, which is centred on a rigorous and advanced academic programme based around the UK’s University of Cambridge International Examinations A-level qualification.
