? Assist with ASP recruitment efforts:
Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine appropriate recruitment strategy
Receive and organize applications for open positions.
Interview and coordinate departmental interviews.
Develop offer letters and employment contracts for approval
Coordinate offer, pre-placement drug screen, and physical exams (as appropriate)
Establish application and tracking system to comply with employment laws and company policies.
Coordinate employee requisitions and applications to ensure accurate record keeping.
? Support new hire onboarding:
Completion of new hire paperwork for hires in respective countries
? Handle manager and employee requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations
? Lead LMS (Learning Management System) administration and compliance for the region.
? Assist with the performance review and compensation review processes and administration each year.
? Support site HR activities.
? Spend minimum 3-7 days in Shanghai office per month.
? Maintain HR records in the HR Information System and HR files.
? Other HR Projects as assigned.
Qualifications and experience
? Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
? 2-4 years’ experience required in an HR generalist role including employee relations, recruiting, and/or HR policy and benefits administration
? Advanced level of understanding of applicable employment laws.
? Computer proficiency.
? Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
? High energy level and self motivated.
? Languages: English fluency required
