Job Requirements:
1.Associate study in mechanical/electrical/metallurgy or related engineering discipline.
机械、电器或冶金相关技术学习经历。
2.Two or more years’ experience in a mechanical technical or industry equipment maintenance field.
两年或以上机械相关行业或工业设备维修背景。
3.Good background in mechanical or electrical fields, ideally with maintain and control of HT and forge furnaces.
有热处理炉和锻造炉维修管理相关工作经历的优先考虑。
4.Understand technical specifications and requirements, good communicate skills.
理解炉子相关技术标准和规范要求，沟通能力好。
5.The impact of quality on the bottom line.
必须具有质量第一的意识。

Job Responsibilites
1.Providing engineering support to achieve KPI target levels of plant （i.e. Heat treatment & forge furnace）availability and performance.
提供充分的技术支持以提高热处理炉和锻造炉的有效利用率和性能。

2.Key responsibilities of this role are to actively perform the Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules, TPM, provide support for Continuous Improvement, initiatives, Training and Housekeeping.
根据要求执行周期性维护检查，对炉子的持续改进，操作工人进行培训以及炉子所有内务工作。

3.Liaise with the quality and Production Departments (and other associated Departments as and when required) to provide scheduled engineering tasks/operations/repairs on furnaces are completed within a specified time frame, thus minimizing any disruptions whilst maximizing uptime of operational equipment. All these tasks are to be carried out and completed within a specified time frame and to the highest levels of Engineering standards at all times.
与质量部、生产部门或其它相关部门保持及时有效的沟通，按计划实施工程/生产/维修要求，减少炉子意外停机时间，最大化炉子运行可操作时间。

3.Assist the Engineering in the planning of scheduled work / service requirements/SATs/TUS on all heat treatment and forge furnaces.
协助工程师安排TUS/SAT等。

4.Deal with simple problem such as instrument set-up, operation function, burner pressure, change thermocouple, clean fan filter, clean furnace pipe/valves and so on
处理各种仪表仪器故障，设置烧嘴压力，更换热电偶，清理风机，清理管路阀门等。

5.Responsible for furnace safety use monitoring.
负责炉子使用安全监测。

6.Provide technical support to production with particular emphasis on the metallurgical aspects. Training of others.
为产品生产提供冶金及材料性能技术支持。
培训生产员工及相关技术人员。

Alcoa Rings (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is Firth Rixson’s first facility in Asia Pacific, headquartered in East Hartford in the United States and Sheffield in Great Britain.Firth Rixson Suzhou’s primary products are rolled seamless rings for use in aircraft engines.
The plant was registered in Export Processing Zone B of the Suzhou Industrial Park in July 2004 with 50,000 square feet green field and investment of US$ 60 million. To meet customer demands, a state of the art seamless rolled ring cell has been installed, consisting of cutoff saws, forging, ring rolling, and heat treatment and machining equipment.
