Job Description:
-Prepare order confirmation of plates and gaskets for OEM customers according to orders;
-Release the production paper and making the BOM list for complete PHE according to the data sheets from sales contracts for Production Dept.;
-Import the material from Denmark (enter plates and gaskets orders into Danish system-AXAPTA), and follow the material arriving in the factory on time;
-Cooperate with the production closely and inform the customer in time;
-Arrange the after sales service;
-Support sales for the other daily work if any necessary----Industrial customers.
-Working location: Taicang City

Qualification required:
-Good English both in spoken and written;
-Have highly sense of responsibility, confidence and teamwork;
-Experience of using ERP system and familiar with Microsoft office;
- Positive / Open-minded/ can work under pressure;
-2-3 years experiences of working as a sales assistant;
-Thermal engineering or mechanical manufacturing background will be priority.
