Position Responsibility岗位职责:

Collect invoice, packing list for custom declaration and prepare necessary license in advance for both equipment and material imported from overseas

Define HS code, follow up and coordinate CIQ and custom checking issues.

Arrange the transportation and control logistics cost.

Collect purchasing order confirmation, and follow up order status.

Handle purchasing activities statistic and KPI report.

Release purchasing order for low value commercial parts, tools and consumptions etc.

Respect the normal working time agreed

Plans in advance, in accordance with the direct responsible, vacations, permits, shift hours,

Transfer to colleagues, in case not present, urgent tasks and assure that the colleague has got the necessaries competencies to do them.

Other duties assigned.


Education / Qualification/Experience Required学历/经验资格:

Bachelor in logistics management/supply chain management/international trade or related business,

At least 1 year of experience in logistics operation, be familiar with international trade and custom policy, prefer custom declaration certificate and CIQ certificate held,

Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin,

Good computer skills particularly in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint

Self-motivated, ethical, and willing to work under pressure
