Job Description:

1. Team work spirit, strong sense of safety
2. Very strong problem solving skills, continuous improve the equipments and train the technicians
3. Responsible for Set up and implement equipment daily maintenance system.
4. Perform PM and continuous improvement tasks on equipment
5. Perform and evaluate daily necessary record keeping.
6. To provide support to maintenance technician in term of work scheduling, troubleshooting
7. Train the technician to reach higher skill level
8. Be responsible for spare parts, seek the properly parts to implement localization and reduce maintenance cost.
9. .Set up and control equipment management procedure to meet QA requirement

Requirements and Qulification:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical-electrical engineering or closely related science.
2. Knowledge of applicable analytical and problem solving techniques.
Self-motivated and with ability to function in a team based environment
3. 5 years work experience in equipment maint side. At least three years maintenance experience in the manufacturing company
4. Ability to effectively interact with external parties including customer and suppliers
5. Responsibility for site and plant is a 24 hour, 7 day week commitment and to be prepared to respond to "call out" at any time
6. Keep the work place clean and properly
7. Perform other duties as required
