Scope of Job工作范围
1. Organic Farming (30mu)有机农场（30亩）
1.1. Begin farming our own produce at the resort开始在度假村种植农作物
1.2. Offer farming as a guest experience提供客人参与种植活动的体验
1.3. Crop considerations: 可参照农作物
1.3.1.Rice稻谷
1.3.2.Vegetables (Tomatoes. Potatoes, Carrots Etc)蔬菜（番茄，土豆，胡萝卜等）
1.3.3.Fruit (Berries, Orange, Grapes etc)水果（苺子，橙子，葡萄等）
1.3.4.Herbs草本植物
2. White and Green Tea Farming (50 mu)种植白茶和绿茶（５０亩）
2.1. Manage 50mu of mature White and Green Tea harvesting管理５０亩成熟的白茶和绿茶收割
2.2. Facilitate guest experiences in picking协助客人体验采茶活动
3. Livestock Farming (5mu)养殖家禽（５亩）
3.1. Introduce small scale livestock to the resort引进小规模家禽到度假村
3.2. Use livestock as a guest experience提供客人养殖家禽的活动体验
3.3. Use livestock for resort needs提供度假村使用自养家禽
4. Horse Stables (20mu) TBD马场（２０亩）已建成
4.1. Currently we have 8 horses度假村现有８匹马
4.2. Manage the team of staff looking after the horses管理饲养马匹的团队
4.3. Keep them healthy for Guest experience保证马匹健康状况以供客人使用
5. Deer Management (400mu)驯养鹿
5.1. Introduce 3 different species of deer to the property 引进三种不同种类的鹿到度假村
5.2. Manage the deer numbers控制鹿的数量
5.3. Protect the deer from theft防止鹿的丢失
5.4. General landscaping总体景观规划
5.5. Turf management草场管理
5.6. Tree protection and pruning树木保护及修剪
5.7. Pest control害虫防治
5.8. General Aesthetics总体美观考量
This job requires the person to think, act and plan like a business owner or owner of a farm. He/she will need to seriously consider the total food-chain and lifecycle effect of all the produce and animals to be farmed in order to best understand the varieties and quantities of each species. This project / business aims to be a case study for future projects in China.
