岗位职责
1. 根据公司战略发展需要，制定年度招聘规划和人员编制预算；
2. 建立及完善公司招聘流程并完善人才评估方法；
3. 负责管理平台核心管理人员以及应届大学生的招聘工作；
4. 分析、选择、维护各类招聘渠道，并与外部招聘服务机构形成紧密的合作关系，满足公司的人才需求；
5. 负责组织人才市场调研，了解人才需求状况和业内人才动态；
6. 建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。


任职资格
1. 人力资源管理、心理学相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 3-5年招聘管理岗位工作经验，具备相关的企业培训岗位工作经验；
3. 熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法规；
4. 熟练掌握人才测评技术并有实践经验，熟悉培训模块内部运营，具备培训体系构建能力；
5. 具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识，工作主动、作风严谨，富有责任和团队协作精神；
6. 思路清晰敏捷，领悟能力出色，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
7. 具有电池行业招聘经验者优先。
