岗位职责：
1、配合协助年度目标任务的制订与分解，编制并下达财务计划，编制并上报年度财务预算，指导财务活动；
2、负责财务管理、资金筹集、调拨和融通，合理控制使用资金；负责会计电算化及税务等工作；
3、负责成本核算管理工作，建立成本核算管理体制系；
4、负责资产管理、债权债务的管理工作，参与企业的各项投资管理；
5、负责财务决算工作，审核、编制上级有关财务报表，并进行综合分析；
6、分析并改进现有流程，不断提高资金的利用率和工作效率。

岗位要求：
1、会计或金融专业本科以上学历，10年以上企业财务管理经验，有注册会计师资格者优先；
2、熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理、会计电算化等相关法律法规，有出色的财务分析、融资和资金管理能力；
3、具有良好的组织、协调能力，良好的表达能力和团队合作精神。
