岗位要求:
1.at least 6 years work experiences, and at least 3 years in customer quality assurance experiences in foreign invested company;
2.university degree in mechanical & electric engineering, familiar with machining, assembly, casting processes and their quality control points.;
3.familiar with the manufacturing processes of industrial valves and pressure vessel;
4.familiar with ISO9001 quality management requirements;
5.able to apply SPC and MSA tools in daily works;
6.operate Microsoft Office software, and fluently read and write English materials.
职位描述:
I.Customer Relation from Quality Perspective
1.Handle customer complaints on products and service in time and effectively by proper process with internal/external members(EPS/CAR Reply);
2.Setting up the handling process on customer complaint(CAR receiving/Containment/MRB/SCAR releasing/follow up/reply to customer);
3.Follow up the corrective and preventive action closely;
4.Build up the smooth communication channel with internal/external customers(conference call with Alex./DUL/DJL/AMC regularly);
5.Data analysis about customer complaint history by monthly(CAR LT/On-time closure/First pass rate);
6.Implement & Maintain the related records about customer complaint;
7.Drive internal & external teams to improve the quality process continuously;
8.Lead customer audit due to quality issues or customer process audit;
II.Quality System Maintenance
1.Implement & Maintain the certification and license, including ISO9001 certificate, ASME stamps, PED certificate and local manufacturing license, receive the audit and assessment of Notify Bodies or customers;
2.Execute the extension certification about PED and re-assessment for ISO/ASME by the third parties;
3.Monitor and improve quality management system performance and customer satisfactions;
4.Maintain the related quality documents/procedures effectively, which constantly complying with quality system;
5.Perform the quality activities according to the requirement of code compliance;
6.Work closely with Operations department to improve the product quality control processes by using QC tools within DMS;
III.Warranty cost Analysis
1.Collect the warranty cost from internal/external customers monthly(field issue report);
2.Arrange the replacement for customers in time, and present the reworking/sorting instruction to customer;
3.Warranty cost analysis by product families and type error;
IV.Additional Duties
1.Perform any and all other tasks assigned by Manager;
2.Support and maintain Lean implementation projects;
3.Assist with and support the various safety projects and initiatives within the Service Center;
4.Provide on-job training to new employees;
5.May be assigned to manage/coordinate work flow of other employees – Project Management;
6.Accomplishes all tasks appropriately assigned or requested;
