Primary Activities 主要工作：
-Identify potential new suppliers and check their fit with company needs.
确认有潜力的新供应商，进行考核，评定他们是否符合公司需求
-Visit the listed suppliers and proceed with pre-qualification.
拜访在列的供应商，进行资格预审
-Promote company business towards potential suppliers.
依靠潜在供应商推进公司业务
-Issue visit report and pre-qualification results (English+Chinese)
发布拜访报告以及预审结果（英语+中文）
-Pre-negotiate the prices based on standards or Projects available Request for Quotation
以适合行情需求的有用标准或项目为基础，同供应商关于价格进行预协商
-Coordinate short listed suppliers qualification Audit by Quality Dpt
由质量部门，对供应商的最佳候选人的审核进行协调
-Manage the audits corrective actions if any by the suppliers.
如果有需要的话，由供应商管理审核纠正
-Promote the use of new suppliers by the procurement team
依靠采购团队，推进使用新的供应商
-Collect the company feedback (quality and delivery schedule) and rating for the suppliers of the company. Summarize and issue a suppliers rating report.
收集公司的反馈信息（质量和交货时间表），对公司的供应商评定等级
-Communicate to the company management on a monthly basis the suppliers market situation (quality level, shop loading, price level, suppliers strategy) and achievements of the months (English+Chinese)
每月同公司管理层关于供应商市场的形式（质量水平、车间规程、价格水平、供应商目标）和每月业绩进行交流（英语+中文）
-Update on monthly basis the price data base used for Projects quotations.
每月更新适用于项目报价单的价格数据
-Be company representative for GEA Group actions and communications.
作为基伊埃集团的公司代表进行交流

Education & Work experience 教育及工作经验:
-10 years’ experience in Procurement activities for raw material for Oil&Gas or Power business.
有10年的原材料采购经验，特别是油气业或能源业

Knowledge, Skill & Competence Required 知识、技术及能力:
-Practical knowledge of manufacturing operations in pressure vessel or chemical process equipment.
在压力容器或者化学工艺设备方面有一定的生产实践经验
-Working knowledge in International Standards such as ASME, JIS, SAE, ISO
对ASME, JIS, SAE, ISO等国际标准掌握一定的应用知识
-Leadership and team work
有一定的领导力和团对合作能力
-Interpersonal skills and organizational skills
有一定的人际交往能力和组织能力
-Prioritize work and time management
有一定的优化工作安排和时间的管理能力
-High initiative and adapt to change
有极高的主动性和适应变化的能力
-Good computer skills: Windows, Office and etc.
优秀的计算机操作技能：Windows, Office等
-Good language skills: English and Mandarin
优秀的语言技能：英语和普通话

工作地点：常熟工厂，也可在上海办事处（上海徐汇区）
