Responsibilities

1. Communicate with customers about price, leadtime, shipment.

2. Develop and nurture vendor-partner relationships

3. Ensure timely delivery of fabrics with required quality & testing parameters

4. Managing and reporting on on-time deliveries

5. Maintain relationships between factories, customer, QC.

Requirement

1. Minimum 1 years' experience in fabric sourcing area

2. Good knowledge of the fabric & market

3. Excellent in vendor sourcing

4. Capability to develop strong relationship with customers, suppliers & vendors at all levels.

5. Excellent in pricing coordination / Quality coordination

6. Willing to travel

7. Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills

8. Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes

9. A confident and proactive work ethic

10. Strong planning and organizational skills

11. Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

12. Fabric Mills working experience is an advantage

13. Fluency in English
