1. The main missions of the role are:

• New equipments, fixtures and machines technical specifications
• Equipment and fixture suppliers sourcing and evaluate
• New potential equipments suppliers assestments
• Develop specifications for new manufacturing equipment.
• Testing, developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Develop, upgrade, and debug automated processes, process hardware, mechanical components and sub-systems.
• Develop operating procedures, acceptance, and validation test plans and protocols for equipments and machines
• PFMEA support
• Layout, flow chart and WI for new and potential projects
• Define requirements for manufacturing process improvement and automation
• Facility operation training for production stuff at Run@Rate (Project hand over to Production)
• Analysis of manufacturing processes, development of process improvements
• Other duties as required by superior from time to time.
• Communicates and shares new equipment information, learning, and methods with production equipment team.
• Assist project team complete product experiment and test

2. Basic requirement:

• 5 years above experience in medium-to-large size manufacturing plant. Preferably equipments
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electrical engineering , Chemical Engineering.
• Well Oral English and good writing English ability.
• Well Computer skills
• Very strong problem analyse and solving skills.
• Can resolve various alarm for Electrical and Mechanical faults by oneself.
• Good communication skill and Good team work spirit.

3. Special knowledge and skill:

• Electrical & Mechanic Engineering background.
• Electrical certification.
• Experienced in trouble shooting maintenance for machinery.
• PLC program knowledge
• Be familiar with every kind of electronic device brand and function, such as PLC, cylinder, sensor.
