RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage facility layouts and seating assignments;
? Manage facility systems such as Steam Supply, Electrical Supply, Water Supply, Fire Suppression Systems;
? Interface with Govt. Officials concerning facility energy supply systems and availability;
? Track energy costs;
? Develop and Manage facility energy cost down projects;
? Insure general facility areas such as Toilets, Locker Rooms etc. function correctly at all times;
? Other Projects as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
? Decent knowledge about facility project management (project management, basic knowledge of civil engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) and decent communication skill;
? Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent, preferably in electrical engineering;
? Over 5 years related experience in MNCs preferred.
