1. 5+years’ experience of Material plan in manufacturing industry preferred.

Main Responsibility主要职责:
Manage 3PL’s for sales order delivery and warehouse activities and play the key role in satisfying internal and external customers
管理第三方物流有效实施客户订单配送和仓储服务, 提高内部和外部客户满意度

Daily Duties日常工作:
a) Coordination between customers and 3PL partners to ensure on-time order deliv-ery
协调客户与第三方物流确保订单按时发送
b) Processing, rescheduling and monitoring SAP orders including order confirma-tion, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transport orders and DC delivery orders
处理，货期调整并监控各种SAP系统订单，包括订单确认，采购需求，采购订单，内部库存转移或补货订单，以及配送中心发运订单
c) Managing DC warehouse SAP processes including good receiving, good issue, stock count and adjustment, return etc.
配送中心仓库流程操作管理，包括系统收发货，盘点，库存调整, 退货等
d) Communicating with downstream and upstream supply chain departments about sup-ply delay, urgent and special customer requirement and other abnormal situa-tion, with prompt system updating
与供应链上下游相关部门及时沟通供货延迟，客户紧急和特殊需求以及其他异常状况，并及时更新系统数据
e) Daily follow up of all open orders with prompt system updating to ensure all delivery schedules under close control
每日跟踪所有未完成订单状况并及时更新系统，密切掌控所有交货计划时间表
f) Monitoring production and logistic vendor delivery performance, conducting gap analysis and implementing continuous improvement plans
监控生产与物流交货表现，分析差距的根本原因，制定和实施持续改进计划
g) 3PL billing verification, special costs approval, logistic costs analysis and controlling
第三方物流费用审核，特殊费用申请与审批，物流成本分析和控制
h) Customer complaint handling，service qualify analysis of loss, damage and wrong delivery with corrective and preventive actions
处理客户投诉，对交货短少，损坏，错发等服务质量问题进行分析, 制定和实施改正与预防措施
i) Handling customer returns and reverse logistics
