职位描述：

Description
1. Participate annual budgets, comparison of actual performance against the budget, identify and analyse variance devise and monitor the implementation of necessary actions.
2. Establish a framework for review & implementation of effective financial and business controls across various businesses.
3. Manage treasury function, including projection of future cash flows, arranging adequate funds to meet day to day requirements and ensure that the disbursements are within the approved operational cash flows.
4. Drive tax compliance; identify tax optimization opportunities; ensure robust transfer pricing policies & compliance.
5.Take actions for systems upgrading to cope with the changing requirements.
6. Initiate, review and implement programs to continuously improve the productivity and advise and guide operation managers in carrying out work flow analysis and other techniques for systems improvement and cost management.
7. Seek out opportunities for adding value to the organization through improvements in Fixed and Working Capital productivity.

8. Partly attend the monthly closing and leader report
8. Other ad-hoc assignments

Candidate's Profile
- Bachelor degree or above
- ~10 years finance working experience in foreign company with over 5 years team management experience
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Familiar with China tax policy
- Commercial sense, ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English
