职位描述：
1.开发机器设备及备品备件供应商，并进行询价、比价，保证机器设备及备品备件的质量并控制成本；
Develop equipment and spare parts suppliers, and make inquiry/comparative price, guarantee the quality of equipment and spare parts and control the cost.
 2.处理和跟踪订单，确保及时解决订单完成过程中所发生的问题；
The processing and tracking orders, ensure timely solve the problem of what is happening in order to complete the process.
 3.供应商的合同及框架协议的管理；
Supplier management of agreement and frame contract.
 4.维护、统计、查询和管理采购数据，保证数据的有效性；
Maintain statistical purchasing data query and management, to ensure the validity of the data.
 5.整理、归档采购相关文本，方便查阅；
Compile procurement related text, convenient access to look up.
 6.协助财务核对每月应付账款，提供基础数据及相关单证；
Assist finance check monthly accounts payable, and provide basic data and related documents.
 7.协调完成与其他部门之间的配合工作。
Coordinate with other departments’ work.
职位要求：
1.教育背景：大专毕业或相同学历；
Educational background: college degree or the same level
 2.培训经历：在商务方面接受过培训；
Trained experience: have been trained in business.
 3.经验：有商务方面工作经验，了解自动化装配线行业，有此行业的技术背景优先考虑；
Experience: working experience in business, understand the area of automation and assembly line,
 Preferred the technical knowledge and background of this area.
 4.技能技巧：能够分析过程并做出独立的决定；能够很好的在书面语和口语方面进行交流；
 能够在专业水平上与和同事、客户、供应商、管理层沟通和联系；
Skills: with ability to analysis and make independent decisions, good in spoken and written language to communicate, communicate and contact with colleagues, clients, suppliers and management level in the professional level.
 5.有跨国公司采购经验为优先；
Preferred multinational company purchasing experience
 6.了解ISO/TS 16949 优先，良好的计算机能力，包括Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP；
Understand the ISO/TS 16949 priority, good computer skills, at Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP.
 7.态度：做事主动，有强烈愿望去突出个人，工作责任心强。
