职位描述：
Main Responsibility
· Establish and maintain a robust color management system over Flexo printing operations, to ensure customer requirement (on Color) is thoroughly understood and transferred into the organization.
· Work closely with technical/engineering, quality & any other stakeholders to achieve a good color performance on both NPI and MP.
· Set up cross-functional communication mechanism to lead the color conception, assist engineers to achieve color performance following customer requirement, make rational and effective decision on Colors;
· Work closely with sales team to establish a good communication channel over customer and CCL. Provide essential assistance and guidance to customer on Colors if required.
· Review and evaluate color related devices/software like spectrophotometer, lighting source, printer, density meter, digital converter. Be responsible for new technology follow-up on Color theory.
· Lead and manage the ink Lab to provide prompt and effective service to printing production.
· Continuously provide internal training on Colors to both internal and external teams in CCL Design Suzhou.
· Continuous Improvement: deeply involved in CI projects, to provide professional support on Color items.
Qualification
· Bachelor degree of printing or chemistry related major,
· Good at communication and team work;
· Very much self-motivated;
· Good English, be able to communicate with customer well in English;
· At least 6 years working experiences on printing related company, be proficient with printing process, Flexo is mostly preferred;
· Be Proficient with color theory and practice like Color Gamut, G7, PMS, LAB, RGB, Dot gain and so on;
· Be familiar with the color related instrument like spectrometer, gloss meter, Density meter, ink proofing. CTP.
· Generic management tool on DOE, QC tool, 6 sigma is preferred; 举报 分享
