职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责餐厅的服务管理，规范服务员标准，为客人提供高标准的优质服务；
2、严格管理本餐厅的设备、物资、用具等，做到帐物相符，保持规定的完好率；
3、负责本部门服务规范和工作流程的贯彻实施；
4、每日检查设备、家具、餐具的摆设及其完成情况；
5、负责按照宴会通知单和订单的要求，逐一布置落实，并顺利有效地实施；
6、协助迎宾员迎送宾客，接待重要客人。妥善处理客人投诉，搞好对客关系；
7、检查餐厅营业区域，督导员工做好餐前准备；
8、做好餐厅安全和防火工作；
9、协助餐厅经理对属下的培训工作。

任职资格
1.酒店服务专业毕业；
2.有5-7年工作经验；
3.熟悉基本的餐厅礼仪；
4.身高：男170cm以上，女160cm以上；
