Key responsibilities
Active Brands Shanghai Office is currently expanding at a rapid pace and we are therefore looking for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant for our Shanghai office. As receptionist your main task will be to man the reception desk and keep the office clean, organized and in order. You will work as a part of the Administrative Team arranging events and improving routines. Since the role involves a lot of coordination, collaboration and delegation we are looking for a sociable individual with a hands-on attitude. Other activities will include handle deliveries, arrange visits for Norwegian colleagues, assist the CEO and other department managers and handle communication with IT.
We are looking for someone who is honest, responsible, loyal, proactive and hardworking. If you think that you fit in on this description and possess the necessary experiences and skills we will offer you a highly open-minded and dynamic work environment, centrally located in Shanghai´s Changning District.
Desired skills and expertise:
? Excellent spoken and written English skills
? Preferably Bachelor degree or above
? Experience with administrational work an absolute must
? Used to working in Excel
? Good communication skills
? Service minded attitude
? Efficient problem solver
? Energetic, outgoing and well-structured
? Age: 27+
? Resume must be handled in both in English and in Chinese in order to be considered.
