职位描述：
Responsibilities：

1. Daily tasks

? Support MD for all the coordination work like flight/hotel booking,car rental, reimbursement…etc.

? Arrange the working/meeting schedule for MD, prepare for the corresponding meterails, play as an interperter when necessary. ?

? Do the translation and explaination for all kinds of documents when required.?

? Consolidate and prepare the daily reports as per request???

? Follow up closely the sales team's KPI ?

2. Admin work

? Taking care for office administration work, like order and keeping stationerys, water supply, office plant management, etc..

? Assist for the arrangement of all kinds of company event like group meeting,seminar, exhibition, annual party, etc.?

? Other tasks as assigned by MD????????????

任职要求：

1. Requirements：

? 3-5 years experience as EA, Industry background experience is preferred

? Be good at MS office, SAP skill is preferred

? Frulent in oral and written English

? Have ability to question assumptions

? Have good communication, organization and planning skill

? Enthusiasm and positive thinking

? Good team spirit, Flexibility and adaptability

? Have stress management
