岗位描述：
1：负责区域内渠道开拓和经销商客情关系维护‘
2：负责区域内终端网点的管理和维护；
3：负责区域内的终端检查，终端形象陈列，产品铺货，价格执行，促销执行和终端信息收集；
4: 负责区域内促销方案的规划，监督实施，促销总结；
5：负责区域内终端导购的招聘和培训；
6：负责导购员的激励方案的拟定和组织实施；
7：全力配合上级领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1：大专以上学历
2：有意向从事中高端家电等行业终端管理
3：热爱零售管理工作，应变能力佳。
4：语言表达流利，思维敏捷，责任心强，踏实，能承受工作压力和弹性工作制
5：熟练操作办公软件

优先条件：
1：有中高端百货，家电连锁系统等实体店管理经验更佳
